Dear SSES Families:

Parent-Teacher Conferences are just around the corner, offering a valuable opportunity to connect with your child’s teacher and discuss their growth and progress.

Conference Dates: November 19th, 20th, and 21st

A note on the new early dismissal times: Lunch is served on early dismissal days. Due to the number of grade levels and students at SSES, some students will have an earlier than usual lunch. If students are attending Extended Day or going to the Easton Arts Center, we will ask them to provide time at the start of their programs for students to eat. You might also want to pack a heartier, nut-free snack that students can eat in their classrooms later in the day. Here is the lunch schedule:

9:40-10:00 Grade 5

10:00-10:20 Grade 1

10:25-10:45 Grade 4

10:50-11:10 Grade 3

11:15-11:35 Grade K

11:40-12:00 Grade 2

On Wednesday, November 5th, between 8:30–8:55 AM, teachers will send emails via ParentSquare with instructions for signing up for a conference time. Families with multiple children may wish to schedule back-to-back conferences, so please keep an eye on your inbox that morning to coordinate.
