Important Reminder: Early Dismissal and Conference Day Procedures

Dear Families:

As a reminder, we will have an early dismissal at 12:40 p.m. this Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday for parent-teacher conferences.

To ensure a smooth and safe dismissal process:

Car line will begin at 12:30 p.m.
Buses will arrive at the same time, and we will begin calling buses as soon as car line dismisses.
At 12:45 p.m., any remaining bus students will be brought to the cafeteria once car line has cleared.

For everyone's safety, we kindly ask parents not to approach the building during dismissal. Please wait in your car and away from the buses until dismissal is complete.

Families attending conferences may enter the building starting at 12:55 p.m., once all buses have cleared. You can walk right to your child's classroom at this time. There is no need to sign-in because the students will not be in the school.
